Investment & Process
Here you can find a little bit about how my process works. When inquiring with me, it's best to have an idea of a budget, style, if you have land or are looking, and time frame in which you'd like to have your home complete. While timelines cant be guaranteed during this beginning process, it helps me know how soon I will be able to get you into my books and have contractors ready to go on-site!
How does the process work?
1. The Meeting
At this first meeting we will go over a house plan you've been interested in or custom draw one up, we will roughly estimate costs, talk over your must haves and see where we are in budget.
2. Sign Contract
Once we have decided to shake hands and move forward we will sign some paperwork and get going on official blue prints. Emails will be flowing back and forth to solidify final plans.
3. Breaking Ground
Breaking that first bit of ground will be the most exciting part of our process together! During this time I will have contractors ready to go for setting the foundation and framing and we will also talk over finding fixtures, appliances, and all things design.
4. Move In Day
Finally - the day is here! Once all of our inspections have been passed we can get you into your new space. After you are settled in, a photographer will come and photograph your space to help keep my portfolio up to date!
